Community Enrollment Sessions in August!
MET staffers will be available at six locations across the state to help parents, grandparents and others through the process of purchasing a MET contract. The MET experts will answer questions and assist purchasers with the enrollment process in a face-to-face setting. And if you enroll at the session, the $25 processing fee will be waived.
You will need social security numbers for you, the contract beneficiary,
and any third party you wish to name on the contract along with a
